The SEAFAST
Project
is a
joint project of Texas A&M University (TAMU), USA and Bogor
Agricultural University (Institut Pertanian Bogor - IPB), Indonesia. The SEAFAST Project is designed
to bring together the academic, governmental, NGO's and business sectors
to focus on the improvement of food science and technology issues for
Indonesia and other ASEAN nations.
The Project Program
is designed with several major objectives:
1.
Generate income to provide for sustainability of the SEAFAST Project.
2.
Assist Indonesian businesses in market development.
3.
Provide SEAFAST Project Academic program with pilot facilities for
training of students and industry.
4.
Where feasible provide managerial and technical assistance to Indonesian
industry in general when requested |
